RE: Kent Memorial Library Renovations & ADA Addition – Suffield, CT

On behalf of FIP Construction, Inc., we would like to invite your firm as a select subcontractor to provide a proposal for the phased renovations and approximately 2,500 S.F. addition to the Kent Memorial Library in Suffield, CT. Scopes of work include demolition, hazardous material abatement, sitework, landscaping, concrete, architectural precast, masonry, masonry restoration, structural steel, misc. metals, wood stair, waterproofing, dampproofing, roofing removal & replacement, metal panels, firestopping, joint sealants, expansion control, doors, frames and hardware, skylights, automatic door operators, aluminum curtainwall, drywall, ceramic tile, acoustical ceilings, sprayed acoustical insulation, resilient and carpet, painting, louvers, toilet accessories, signage, elevator, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and final cleaning.

The budget for this project is approximately $2,000,000.
