FIP’s philosophy is “No job can be too safe”.
FIP takes a proactive approach to safety on all of our projects. Pre-construction planning is the key to maintaining a safe project site throughout the duration of construction.
All construction activities are reviewed and assessed prior to commencing to identify any potential hazards, required monitoring, and required training associated with a given activity. All workers go through a stringent orientation program, identification and background check prior to working on the job site.
With this approach, FIP has maintained an impeccable safety record with an average workers compensation experience modification rate of .85 (below the average 1.0) and Department of Labor incident rate of an average 1.5 (below the average).
