Project management of industrial, commercial, institutional and healthcare projects. Must be capable of effective management of multiple complex projects with experience in estimating, scheduling, purchasing, cost control, subcontractor management, overall project planning and team building. Responsibility to oversee projects from concept to completion. Computer exprience, communication skills and leadership qualities a must. Minimum requirements are a Bachelor's Degree and 5-7 years of related experience.

Construction Superintendents

FIP Construction is a recognized leader in the Connecticut construction marketplace. As a result of our continued growth and success, FIP is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with proven track record for commercial, industrial, institutional and health care projects. Minimum 7 to 10 years experience. Candidates must be capable of effective management of complex projects with experience in subcontractor management, overall project planning, team building and good safety practices. Communication skills and leadership qualities a must.

Project Engineers

Entry-level position working on all phases of major construction projects. Exposure to design/build, construction management and general contracting in commercial, industrial, institutional and health care areas. Project Engineers work with Project Managers in design development phases, estimating, bidding, purchasing, cost control, and all aspects of project administration. Growth and independent assignments come quickly for motivated individuals.

MEP Coordinator

Project involvement during pre-construction and construction phases including document review, value engineering, scope and cost review, quality control inspections and troubleshooting. Diversified challenges for degreed candidate with P.E. license.

Estimator

Experience must include divisional quantity take-offs, subcontractor solicitation, conceptual estimating and competitive bidding.
